At Madras Sarees, we strive to ensure you love your handpicked weaves, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy on all eligible products. Please ensure the sarees remain in their original condition with all tags and blouse pieces intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree is unwashed, unworn, and folded in its original packaging with the authentic silk mark or brand tags attached.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 48 to 72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
